FOOD INTOLERANCE TESTING
Tamar Performance Centre works closely with Brunel Health offering food intolerance testing to our services. The test identifies ingredients that your body's immune system is reacting to. The laboratory analyses your blood for food and drink specific IgG antibody reactions. The test essentially mimics your body's natural response to food and drinks, by adding your blood to a range of food and drink antigen.

Quality of life, health and well-being can all be improved after taking the right course of action when it comes to food intolerances. Here at the Tamar Performance Centre we are big believers in what you CAN eat rather than what you can't.

WHAT DO THE EXPERTS SAY?
People will sometimes know they have problems with certain foods. It often means feeling very full and lethargic after consuming certain ingredients. In other cases, people suffer with ongoing issues such as Eczema, IBS and Headaches and Migraines.
Discovering your unique trigger foods through a trial and error approach is possible, but can be very time consuming and involves keeping food diaries and closely monitoring consumption of all ingredients for months.
Taking an IgG food intolerance test is a quick, easy and accurate way of identifying your unique trigger foods and drinks. With the help of this guide, and your approved Brunel Health Practitioner you can optimise your diet based on the results, ensuring your diet is bespoke and just right for you!

YOUR RESULTS

We are big believers in making everything we do tailored and specialised to the individual. That's why we chose to work with Brunel Health as the results you receive are specifically targeted to your needs and intolerances. The detailed results are given to you within 3 days of the test being sent to the lab.

The results show a sensitivity scale of 0-5, with 0 being no meaningful reaction to 5 being a more severe intolerance. This in-depth analysis along with an optional consultation session can help you to find alternative foods to improve your quality of life.
